Please note that the production of minifigures is a very time-consuming and technical field, several steps of which involve processing done by hand.
Delays and alterations often occur, as most brands have different manufacturing schedules and work with different factories. An estimated shipping time will be provided for each minifigure in the shipping section.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom, personalised or pre-orders.
SHIPPING TIME
We use 100% tracked shipping and happily ship to most countries in the world.
Shipping usually takes 1-3 weeks to the USA, Asia and Europe. Shipping to the UK, Australia and Canada takes longer due to transit delays.
